Socal-Attorneys, apc’s mission is to be Southern California’s leader in the practice of law, by enabling our clients to reach constructive solutions for their legal needs. SoCal-Attorneys seeks to accomplish this goal by providing our clients with prompt, efficient and effective legal counseling and representation.

The Team

Dublas Paniagua

Dublas O. Paniagua is the founder of SoCal-Attorneys and seeks to provide a service above standards.

Dublas is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for Central District of California. Dublas graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, California. During law school he was awarded the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Torts. Witkin award is given to the student designated by the school as attaining the highest grade in the course. After law school Dublas continues to promote the highest standards and innovative thinking in his Profession.

In addition to practicing law, Dublas was a licensed real estate mortgage lender for several years. Dublas has counseled many real estate agents and their clients on the contractual pitfalls leading to real estate litigation. He has participated many real estate related litigation matter. Dublas’ broad knowledge and background in law and real estate has allowed him to provide global and comprehensive representation to effectively meet the diverse needs of his clients.

Jimmy V. Nguyen

 

Jimmy Nguyen practices personal injury and employment law. His background in these areas accumulated from years of working with some of the most exceptional law firms in California. Jimmy has handled hundreds of significant personal injury cases where he brings valuable insight and experience. He has litigated a wide variety of accident cases including car, truck, Lyft, Uber, commercial trucking, motorcycle, premises liability claims, and dog bite cases.

Jimmy is committed to serving as an advocate to his clients and has devoted his time and passion towards zealous advocacy of which has resulted in numerous favorable settlements for his clients. A graduate of Grand Valley State University before obtaining his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. 

Jimmy is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and has attended the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial College. Jimmy is licensed to practice in all of the courts in the state of California and is admitted to practice before the Central and Southern Federal District Courts of California.

Loc Nguyen

Loc Van Nguyen is of counsel for SoCal-Attorneys. Loc has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal injury in both the state of Washington and California. Loc oversees the firm’s Washington caseload and helps manage the firm’s personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation. He graduated from California State University Long Beach with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Forensic Science. Thereafter, he attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received his J.D. He is currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington.

Loc spends his free time with his family. Family support is the reason he has been so successful in everything he does. Prior to practicing law, Loc worked as a Judicial Clerk in both Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts where he gained valuable knowledge in the areas of criminal, civil, traffic, probate, and family law. His exposure to the courts has allowed him to understand the judicial process and the importance of efficiency in representing those deserving justice and rightful compensation. Further, Loc frequently devotes his time to helping others. He has interned with the United States Marshal Services, worked on the Margie Rice Mayor Campaign, and has spent countless hours volunteering at community centers and working with veterans.
